401 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using 401's services. By registering or continuing to use our platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 401 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the 401 platform, including visitors without an account, registered members, and any party interacting with our content or services. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 401's services. This platform is not intended for individuals below the legal age, and we reserve the right to suspend or close any account suspected of being held by someone who does not meet the age requirement.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the 401 platform, you must register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
- Registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
- Enable two-factor authentication for added security where available.
- Report any suspicious activity to 401 support immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 401 platform agree to use these services solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension or closure of your account:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
- Using another person's account or creating a false identity during registration.
- Posting offensive, false, or rights-infringing content through our platform.
- Any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
401 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the 401 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods including bank transfers, FPX, and local e-wallets. Minimum limits and processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate. 401 is not liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from incomplete or incorrect information submitted by the user.
Fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification and required security checks. 401 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of our terms of use. Specific terms relating to bonuses and promotions will be stated separately and form part of these terms when applicable.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 401 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties. To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, 401 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including service disruptions beyond our control.
All content on the 401 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, software, and visual elements, is the exclusive property of 401. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
The 401 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such external sites. Users who access third-party links do so entirely at their own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
401 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
